Privacy First: Why Your Health Data Must Belong Solely to You

Hi, I'm Alex.

We generate a wealth of health data every day by walking, running, and sleeping. These figures are not just simple numbers; they are precious signals sent by our bodies to help us move toward a better tomorrow. However, I believe that in this process, one's most intimate information should never become a source of anxiety.

Health Information is Your Most Valuable Asset

Personal health data is as sensitive as financial information and holds significant value that must be protected. I am convinced that your exercise records and health information should be a unique asset that only you can own and control.

That’s why our app has established a very firm principle

  • No Server Storage: We do not store your health information on any separate servers.
  • On-Device Processing: All calculations for useful insights are performed exclusively within your iPhone.
  • Apple Health Integration: We securely read and analyze data only from the Apple Health app, and those results also stay strictly within your device.

Data is Not a Tool for Business

Many services collect data to use as a business model or to train AI models. However, I believe that technology should be a tool to help humans, not a means to reduce human lives into data.

Therefore, your information does not exist anywhere outside of your iPhone. We do not sell your data to advertisers, nor do we use it for unauthorized AI training. My philosophy in building apps is to create an environment where you can focus on caring for your physical and mental well-being with total peace of mind.

Even Payments and Subscriptions are Secure

Data safety doesn't stop at health information. Your valuable subscription and payment information are also handled securely by Apple. We do not have direct access to your payment methods nor do we hold that information, entrusting the entire process to Apple’s system, which adheres to world-class security guidelines.

When we feel safe, we finally find the room to be kinder to others. Protecting your privacy is not just a matter of security; it is the first step toward making our society a warmer and more trustworthy place.

I hope today is a day where both your data and your heart find peace.
